Refund & Cancellation Policy

Lion's Mane Grooming Co. operates as a private, appointment-only grooming studio. Each service time is reserved exclusively for the client. The following policy ensures fairness to both our guests and our professionals.

 

1. Service Refunds

 

• All grooming services are non-refundable once rendered.
• If you are dissatisfied with a service, concerns must be raised within 48 hours of the appointment.
• At management’s discretion, a complimentary adjustment may be offered.
• Refunds are not provided for change of mind, preference shifts, or subjective style decisions after completion.

 

2. Appointment Cancellations & No-Shows

 

• Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations within 24 hours or failure to show may result in:

  • Full service charge

  • Loss of appointment credit

  • Temporary booking restrictions

This policy exists due to the limited, private nature of our schedule.

 

3. Membership Refunds

 

• Membership fees are non-refundable once billed.
• Memberships may be paused or canceled with written notice at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
• No prorated refunds are issued for unused services, missed appointments, or partial months.
• Membership benefits do not roll over unless explicitly stated in the membership terms.

 

4. Membership Adjustments & Credits

 

• If Lionsmane Grooming Co. cancels a scheduled appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, the service will be:

  • Rebooked, or

  • Credited to the member’s account

• Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.

 

5. Retail Products

 

• Unopened retail products may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase with receipt.
• Opened or used products are not eligible for refund or exchange due to hygiene standards.

 

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

 

• Initiating a chargeback without first contacting the studio may result in:

  • Immediate membership termination

  • Permanent booking restrictions

We encourage clients to contact us directly so concerns can be addressed professionally.

7. Policy Acceptance

By booking an appointment or enrolling in a membership, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.

Lionsmane Grooming Co. reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
